They scratched and cracked my front fender then didn't want to pay for a full repair at a Mercedes recommended autobody shop. They asked me to get a quote at another shop that THEY recommended and so we dropped by. It was a seedy looking place, and the owner didn't show up for the appointment, so we stood outside of the shop for over 30 minutes.

They may have numbers, but they don't have professionalism. I guess it must not be too tough to compete in this industry.
