I used their serviced for providing appraisals for my company and they are very quick to accept payment for an appraisal order, but then take over a week before even attempting to schedule an appointment. In addition, they do not answer their phones & you have to leave voicemails, which they never respond to. They also take days to respond to emails and messages through the ordering portal. Worst service that I ever experienced with an AMC. I feel like my clients and I are just left in the dark once the order is placed with Single Source.
