I don't think I've ever had a decent experience here. One time, I waited all day while my car was worked on, and then I was forgotten about after closing because my consultant left for the day without telling anyone I was waiting. When I finally walked up to the desk, no one knew what was going on and it took them several minutes to locate my keys. One time, they told me one of my motor mounts was completely cracked after I'd already gotten them replaced elsewhere. I went to my regular repair guy for a second opinion, and he told me they were all fine. This last time, I had to get my sun visors replaced because they were broken. I didn't notice until later that they ordered two for the same side by mistake, and they covered it up by mounting one of them backwards. So when you pull it down, the mirror faces the windshield. What a joke.
