I have been a customer of Universal Exporters for many years and I must say that their service is average. While they have a wide range of products, the quality is not always consistent. The website is easy to navigate and placing orders is simple. However, there have been times when my orders arrived late or damaged. Overall, I would rate Universal Exporters as average.
