High fees, 7 percent ouch to start with and a discount to 6.5 if you both buy and sell with them. Not sure what they do for the extra cash that took from my pocket. They are good but not worth extra money; example: when they goofed and missed a date in contract they offered to make it right by giving a free home warranty a very cheap alternative to what it cost to me by them missing the inspection objection deadline ( test result came in after date and date wasn t changed on contract) and I had to buy radon mitigation unit which was over twice the cost of home warranty they gave me that was of no real value if I didn t use it, yet I needed to get a radon mitigation paid for; it had to be done and I had to pay all costs.
I don t call that a deal or fair to me as it cost me more for them messing up.
Got bullied by April into paying for all inspection objections on property sold and no such aggressive help for me for property bought. Lastly insult to injury instead of a nice selected plant, at closing a very inexpensive bottle of champagne, ( bought cheaper by case I m sure) under 10 bucks. Wow that s for thousands of dollars paid to sell and buy with them.... still feeling unhappy
