I had a mixed experience with M/s.seshachalam & co. The quality of their products is good, but their customer service needs improvement. The staff was not very friendly and seemed disinterested in helping me. However, I must admit that their prices are quite competitive, which is a plus point. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
