Their staff is complete unprofessional and their practices are absolutely unethical. I have been trying to cancel my membership for over 3 months. When I called I was told I had to come to the gym. Even with all the COVID restrictions! I called three times and was never able to speak with a manager. When I finally went to the gym to cancel I was told there was no manager working!! I will never do business with BSC or their affiliates again. I would stay far away from this place!
