I am a customer of Medium and thisismedium.com. I have been using their platform for a while now and I must say it is average. The user interface is easy to navigate and the content is decent, but there are some areas that need improvement. The search functionality could be better and sometimes the recommended articles are not relevant to my interests. Overall, it is an okay platform.
