I have been using this electric cooperative for some time now and I'm very satisfied with their services. The electricity supply is reliable and there are no frequent outages. The rates are reasonable and the billing process is smooth. The customer service could be improved though. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response and the representatives are not always helpful.
