I've been a customer of Thoughtfaucet for a while now and I must say, their services are average. There is room for improvement in their overall performance and response time. Although their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, their customer support could use some work. It takes them a while to respond to queries and sometimes they even miss important details. I hope they can improve on these aspects in the future.
