My experience with U.s. coupling & accessories, inc was satisfactory. They have a good range of products on their website and the ordering process was smooth. The delivery was on time and the items were well-packaged. However, the customer service could have been better. There were some delays in getting a response to my queries. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.
