I was promised on the basis of their 15 years of experience in the safe business a smooth and happy transaction. what I received was a damaged safe and eventually a replacement with instructions impossible to follow, A sales department that did not respond to e-mails. No tracking information on either delivery and no follow up.
If it had not been for Jacqui in accounts this would have been far worse. They sell, other companies supply, but it is still All About Safes responsibility to deal with customer.

I have now spoken to the Director (or All About Safes) and he assures me that lessons have been leaned from this sale about instructions (the need for better ones), responsibility of supply (i.e. them as the seller), logistics (ensuring suppliers use reputable couriers) and communicationbe willing On this basis I would recommend them in future.
