High definition banking® is an average company. They provide an acceptable level of service, but nothing exceptional. I have been a customer for several months now and have found their online banking platform to be user-friendly and convenient. However, their customer service could use some improvement. The wait times to speak to a representative can be quite lengthy, and the quality of assistance provided is hit or miss. Overall, I would rate them as average.
