This place is terrible! My grandmother was here for less than 10 hours after being discharged from the hospital from back and pelvic surgery and she was sent back to the Emergency Room. She told us she was on the ground asking for help for 3 hours. Her room mate said she called for help and no one would come. Thank God that my Grandmother is ok and out of there! I went to ask for an incident report and complaint form and I got the run around and they did not. The employees there just want to get a paycheck, they are on their phones and speaking to eachother while the patients are pressing the help button and being ignored. Stay away!
