This program is the best in Lake County for children with special needs...I give them 5 stars for the majority of the staff that my son has worked with...however I'm going to take this time to point out the one person that I feel shouldn't be in contact with anyone's children (Joyce M) woman disrespected me Nd my wife during a meeting regarding my child, but her higher authority seen to it that she acknowledged she was wrong and apologized for her actions...but the type of behavior she exemplified during the meeting showed a lack of professionalism, no empathy, definitely no sympathy and should not be in charge of ANYTHING that has to do with other people children, I hope she learned her lesson, which I doubt, but she won't do that to me or mine again!!! But overall this program is the best in lake county for children with special needs.
