I had a mixed experience with ASUE. Some aspects of their service were great, while others were below average. The quality of their products was excellent, but their customer service and response time could definitely use improvement. It took quite a long time to receive a response to my inquiry, which was frustrating. Overall, I would rate ASUE as average.
