The service offered by Discover Belize was satisfactory. The staff was friendly and helpful in assisting us with our travel arrangements. However, I felt that the overall experience could have been improved. The itinerary provided was a bit too generic and did not offer many unique experiences. The accommodation was decent, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, it was an okay experience.
