It is about 10-15 minutes walk from the Kowloon Bay MTR station. To me, the main attraction there is a well-organized photo shop for official photos on its 1/F. The personnel there know all the requirements and provide no-sense effective services and charge at least 10% less, if you can find a comparable one elsewhere!
