I came across the International Society for Mental Health Online (ISMHO) and I must say, it's a fantastic resource. The website, ismho.org, provides a wealth of information and the online community is incredibly supportive. They are doing a great job of promoting mental health awareness and destigmatizing mental health issues. I highly recommend checking them out!
