After a couple remote revisits, finally all issues were resolved. I would thank Arness and Ryan who helped me out recently. We changed google rating from 1 star to 4 stars because uniguest did help me out eventually. Some of the causes involves other parties such as IP assignment which is not controlled by uniguest. The only imperfection is the insufficient communication between uniguest and customers and long waiting. If I was told they would check everything all right after installation within several days, I won't be panic.
Update 11/27/2019. Uniguest called me today and helped me resolved the printing issues. They are polite and professional.
