I have been a loyal customer of Bay meadows racing association for many years now, and I must say that their service is average. The facilities are well-maintained and the staff is friendly, but there is room for improvement. The parking can be a hassle during busy race days, and the food options could be more diverse. Overall, it's a decent place to enjoy horse racing.
