Hopes were high at our walk through with our new p...

Hopes were high at our walk through with our new property management (who took our lease over mid lease) July 3rd 2019. Maintenance requests seemed as they would be handled in an appropriate time frame as someone came to take estimates July 13th 2019. Unfortunately here we are September 19th 2019 with nothing being fixed and getting the same run around from the receptionist. Left three voicemails for the maintenance department over the past month with not even an courtesy call back. This is being handled exactly the opposite of how we were told it would at our walk through.
