Railey has HORRIBLE customer service when there are issues with the property! The people you talk to are like robots who keep saying things like "I'm sorry you feel that way, or that's the best we can do". Every person who got in the hot tub ended up with a skin infection (pictures sent to Railey), including the kids. Instead of any kind of solution or accountability, they tried to tell us that we didn't shower before the hot tub and that was the cause! Shame on them. Rent from ANYONE else. They are the big game in town with very little competition, and it's a shame that they treat their guests like that.
