I recently had the opportunity to work with Castle Rock Recruiting when searching for a new job. Overall, my experience with them was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided enough information about the company's services and their recruitment process. However, I found the job listings to be somewhat limited, and there weren't many options available that matched my skills and preferences.

The communication with the company was satisfactory, although there were a few instances when it took a bit longer to receive a response. The recruiter I was assigned to was friendly, but I felt they could have been more proactive in assisting me throughout the job search process.

In terms of results, Castle Rock Recruiting did manage to connect me with a few potential opportunities, but ultimately, I found my current job through a different source. While they provide a decent service, I think there is still room for improvement to become a more competitive and effective recruiting agency.
