I recently used the services of the company for a steel processing project and found their website to be easy to navigate and informative. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding pricing and turnaround time. 🤔 The quality of the processed steel was average, and while the customer service was friendly, it could be more responsive. Overall, the experience was decent, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and efficiency. I would consider giving them another chance in the future, hoping to see some positive changes.
