As a customer, I found the user interface on the website 🌱 to be intuitive and easy to navigate. However, I was hoping for a wider variety of plant options and more detailed information about each plant's care instructions and growth patterns. The ordering process was straightforward and the delivery was prompt, which I appreciate. 🚚 On the downside, the packaging could have been more sustainable and protective, as a few of the plants arrived slightly damaged. Overall, my experience with the company was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of product range and packaging.
