I am a CUSTOMER who has had an average experience with the local school district. Although the website is helpful, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of communication and transparency. The district should provide more regular updates to parents and involve them in decision-making processes. There have been instances where I had to search for information that should have been more readily available. Overall, I would rate them as average.
