The absolute worst experience I have ever had in a doctors office. I drove twenty five minutes to my appointment, I was on time (although the desk person said I arrived late because she wrote the time that she called me to the front desk, not the actual time I arrived and wrote my name on the check in paper). I waited for an hour. Ginger Atkinson was the PA I saw. She was rude, abrupt, dismissive and told me repeatedly that she didn't have time. I was not a work in, I had a full appointment. The woman told me she didn't have time to give me a steroid shot. It was literally shocking how rude and unprofessional this experience was. They treat their patients as if they are a burden. I wasted 2 hours of my day to spend less than five minutes with a PA that offered me no help and was extremely rude and then I was asked to pay for that. Don't waste your time at this practice. They don't care about their patients and they know absolutely nothing about the importance of customer service.
