I had the pleasure of working with Century 21 celli realtor Rich Ferrari in the search/purchase of a home for myself and my family . The home I was looking for required a lot of boxes to be checked off : two family or split level , minimum of 5 bedrooms , yard for my dog , commuter accessible , and the list went on and on . Rich was very patient with me and searched and searched to find houses that we hoped would check off all the boxes . As people know this is a HUGE purchase and very stressful and can take a long time to find the right one but Rich helped me to feel calm and not get discouraged during the search . He never gave up and helped me to find the perfect home for me and my family. He was then informative and making sure to check in on any questions I had regarding closing, etc and if he didn t have the answer he would guide me to the right person or get the answer himself . After I moved in, he made sure to check in and see how everything was going. I am so happy to have worked with Rich and Century 21 Celli. If I could give more than five stars I would !!!!
