#CityExperts #Madrid #Gym. Most gyms suffer from what I call "airport effect", they are all practically the same both in their decoration and in their class offerings. To my pleasant surprise, "The Furnace" is the exception to the rule. In the first place it is an old building that in its reform did not lose the charm of its internal courtyards with colonial tiles, plants and fountains, where you can sit down to have a drink or chat. Secondly, despite having low prices, this does not detract from the supply or quality of the machines. The treadmills have a connection to the TV, the iPod and you can take a series or movie to connect via USB. As for classes, everything: Yogas of different types, spinning with a former professional cyclist, stretching ... and also all types of dance you want to learn.
