I have been a loyal customer of Gateway Petroleum for the past few years, and I must say that their service has always been average. While I appreciate their convenience and wide range of products, there have been instances where their staff was not very helpful or knowledgeable. I understand that no company is perfect, but I believe Gateway Petroleum can improve on their customer service to provide a better experience for their customers.
