I took my mower in for a scheduled maintenance app...

I took my mower in for a scheduled maintenance appointment. When I dropped it off, I was told it would take two weeks. After two weeks, I called to see if the mower was done. I was told that it hadn't been worked on yet, but was "in the queue" and would be done within a week. I called at the end of the third week and my mower had not been touched. I was informed they needed to order parts and it would be done by the next Friday. I called at the end of the next week (week 4 of it being in the shop) and was told they had not touched it yet or ordered parts. I went and picked it up that day. No service was provided, explanation for poor customer service given or any apology. I will never return. Save your time and frustration. Take your business elsewhere.
