My associate, Steven Klapper was the best! I tried to buy several cars from other used car lots. His knowledge, and professionalism was very helpful. Even though I was buying an older GTI, I did not feel he put less energy into the sales! I drove from NC to VA. It was worth the extra miles to get impeccable service. He even helped with the return of a rental car. Wow!
To finish, Hesham Kamal who handled financial documents, was adept and proficient.
