I am not a fan of these beach rentals at all. They are very selfish and not customer friendly at all. We stayed at the Pelican Beach Resort in Destin Florida. Every single morning they would fill up the whole beach with chairs and umbrellas, even if they were not rented. They refused to move any chairs or umbrellas, even if not being used. So, one morning we went out and put our chairs where we would like to be on our LAST day on the beach since we hadn't sat near the water all week. We watched them as they proceeded to put their umbrellas and chairs right in front of ours. Needless to say, this is a very rude company and even if I wanted to, I will not rent from them. On a family vacation I'm not going to rent chairs every single day for $30 when I have a whole family here. Nor should I be forced to rent some just to be in the front in order to see my child in the water.
