Today I went for my first class. The staff were so lovely, patient and encouraging. The activities were modified for my pregnancy, no issues. The staff are all highly qualified, and with several mums on staff, you know they understand what works and what doesn t. The rooms and equipment were very clean.

I m really glad I came today and I m looking forward to my next class.
