I called back to the hotel because i was overcharg...

I called back to the hotel because i was overcharged for valet. attached is the current advertised price. Customer service fell from that moment. I was answered with a "hi" i had to ask if it was marriott and who i was talking to. They clearly were annoyed by this but finally told me "Don". I informed "Don" i was overcharged It clearly says it is $38 dollars for valet i was charged more then this. I was told i'm S.O.L. because that was what i was charged and they would not change it. I asked to wait on hold until a supervisor was available to talk to. They hung up on me... Called back again and was answered with "hold on".... Third time i called Tia answered with "Hello this is Tia how may i help you today." Finally some service i explained to Tia a couple weeks ago they had staff fighting in the hallway and today they are being rude and that i was being overcharged. She apologized and stated she would rectify the situations. +1 to Tia for that.
