I had a mixed experience with Adept Knowledge Management Ltd. Their customer service was excellent, they were very responsive to my inquiries and provided me with all the information I needed. However, the quality of their product was not up to my expectations. It had some bugs and glitches, which made it difficult to use. Overall, I would rate them as average.
