I have been a customer of Institut le tremplin for a few months now and I must say that the experience has been average so far. The staff is friendly and the services provided are satisfactory. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of communication and organization. Overall, it's a decent place to get services, but I hope they work on enhancing the customer experience in the future.
