I have been a customer of Microbase, inc. for several years, and I must say that their services are average. Although they provide a decent level of customer support, their products lack innovation and fall short of expectations. The website microbaseinc.com is user-friendly, but I feel like they could improve on their overall user experience. I hope they work on enhancing their offerings in the future.
