Giving 0 stars to the service should be a thing, the worst customer service you can possibly imagine, they make dell's customer service look good. I did not have a choice on what service i could use initially due to my company providing me with brightwell's card automatically,things have changed though.As soon as I manage to get SOMEONE on the customer service's phone, I'll be super happy to liquidate my account.
