Access telecom is an average company. Their services are okay, but nothing extraordinary. I have been using their services for a year now and I haven't encountered any major issues. However, the customer support can be improved. They sometimes take too long to respond to queries, which can be frustrating. Overall, I would rate Access telecom as average.
