I was hired by InSync after about 2 weeks being in the market for a new job. I was trying to get back into my old profession i was working in for 13 years prior to moving to the USA. I was not able to get my foot in the door with any biotech company for a long time. I have a foreign degree in pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing but was not able to transfer that degree to the US. However, hiring with InSync was a great decision. My Recruiter was on spot since day one. She found my resume and was able to match me with a major biotech company in San Diego.
After working for InSync for about 4 months I was able to get converted to a full time employee. I can only recommend working InSync based on my experience. The relationship was professional, reliable and smooth. Insync stuck out from all the other contractors to me. Great company to work for.
