I recently visited Rainbow balloons and had an average experience. The balloon ride itself was enjoyable, but the overall service was just okay. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and the instructions were not very clear. However, the views from the hot air balloon were breathtaking and made up for any shortcomings. I would recommend Rainbow balloons if you're looking for a decent balloon ride experience.
