Well, there is almost no sense of reponsibility in this company. They take on more projects that they possibly can finish on time. They don't do any progress on their own. You need to constantly go and push them to do you work or else forget about your project being completed on time.
I have two stars coz at least when you push enough, they do complete the work somewhat. But, coz its last minute work, so it is not well polished.
