This is absolutely the worst hospital in the Unite...

This is absolutely the worst hospital in the United States of America. My elderly Mother has been a patient for 2 days. Due to Covid, family members are not allowed to be by her bed-side. As such, we (the family) followed all protocols in setting up a password and providing names of family members to be updated on my Mother's status. She has now been in the hospital almost 2 days and no one from the hospital has provided us with ANY information regarding my Mother's care. I have personally called 5 times and left messages with the Patient Advocate and Nurse requesting information related to my Mother. My sister has also called and left messages. My Mother has difficulty hearing and does not fully understand all information being provided to her by the medical staff. A family member needs to be kept updated as to the treatment being provided. To make matters worse, when I called my Mother this morning to check her status, she was very upset. She was in a uncomfortable situation and had been calling for a nurse for a long period of time.
No one would come assist her. Whatever you do, do NOT go to this hospital. You are putting your life into an unknown situation.
