I have been using METRO HEALTH PRO BILLING for a few months now, and I must say it has been an average experience. The billing process is straightforward and easy to navigate. However, I have encountered a few issues with their customer service department. There have been instances where I had to wait on hold for extended periods of time, and when I finally spoke to a representative, they were not very helpful. Overall, the service is okay, but I believe there is room for improvement.
