I had an average experience with Northern California Research. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but the facilities were not up to par. The waiting area was small and uncomfortable, and the equipment seemed outdated. However, the research study itself was well organized and the results were presented clearly. Overall, it was an okay experience.
