The electric cooperative I use is great! The electricity supply is reliable and there are no frequent interruptions. The rates are reasonable and the billing process is smooth. I have been a customer for a few years now and I haven't had any major issues. The only thing they could improve on is their customer service. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response and the representatives are not always helpful.
