I booked a vacation through lets-go-vacation.com and overall, it was a decent experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. The response time was slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get my questions answered. The vacation itself was enjoyable, but there were a few minor issues with the accommodations.
