I recently used the services of a satellite communication company and had an average experience. The website was user-friendly and I was able to find the information I needed quickly. However, I had some issues with the customer service. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and it took longer than expected to resolve my problems. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in their service.
